BEAN ADVENTURE · COURSEWARE
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These terms apply when you access or use Bean Adventure Courseware. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The service
Bean Adventure Courseware helps you turn English videos into lessons with selected frames, transcripts, and outlines. Available features may vary by environment; local guest preview is provided for review and may not include cloud processing or sign-in.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the videos and other material you upload. Upload or share only content you have the right to use, and make sure your use follows applicable law and respects other people’s privacy and intellectual property. Do not use the service to distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing material, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another user’s content.
Processing and generated materials
Courseware processing may extract frames and audio from a video and may use automated speech recognition to create a transcript. Transcripts and outlines can contain errors or omit context. Review them before relying on or sharing a lesson.
Credits and payments
Available prices and purchase options are shown on the Pricing page and in the hosted checkout before you pay. Credit-pack checkout depends on payment configuration; subscription checkout is not currently available. Video processing costs 5 credits per started 10 minutes, charged after the video duration is measured; screenshots, when you request them, add a one-time 8 credits. Charges are idempotent per source video, so retrying a failed job does not charge again. Payment processing is provided by Creem when enabled.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, but features may change and interruptions may occur for maintenance or other reasons. We may restrict access when needed to protect users or the service. You can stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Automated transcripts and outlines are aids for lesson preparation and should be checked by you. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
